What are you eating/doing Tuesday?

I'm pre-op but thought I would get on board with you all and post my plans as well. Practice new behaviours right? I'm on a plan of approx. 1600 calories per day however, I find it very hard sometimes to get in all those calories now that I eat more protein and I eat it first. Some days I struggle to get to 1,200 calories, then I add in a protein shake to make sure I hit my goals.

B Homemade Egg McMuffin using 1 egg, 1 slice light cheese, 63g peameal bacon and a whole wheat english muffin. 1 decaf coffee, light cream and 1 packet of splenda

S 1 Kirkland Protein Bar

L 153g grilled chicken breast

S Unsweetened applesauce and 2 light baby bells

D BBQ Pork Chop mixed green salad with 1 tbsp light balsamic salad dressing

S Skyr Yogurt

Total Cal will be about 1,400 calories. All water and vits.
