Good morning :)
We are back from our cottage trip up north. I ran out of data while I was there so I had a lot of catching up to do when we got home.
I have to go to the bank today for an appointment. It was supposed to be yesterday but the person didn't show up. Then a million things to get ready for my friend's wedding and a work trip coming up.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - turkey sausage
Lunch - chicken and veg
Snack - pepperette
Dinner - unknown restaurant
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Working like usual! Normally the home/auto insurance industry is busy at this time of the year but it's DEAD and has people freaking out here. :( I am picking up cake pops in the shape of baseballs for my son's team tonight since his birthday is tomorrow. He'll be 8. I may have a bite of 1 if there anything left but I highly doubt it. I'll be out of work around 3:30 to go grab them.
B: Premier protein and a large decaf coffee
L: chicken, onion, cheese, little bit of lettuce (lettuce is hard for me still)
D: Chicken, peppers, cheese, fajita seasoning (after baseball so probably like 9;30)
S: Premier protein (at 5pm)
Need to add something somewhere in here to increase the calories.
Cals: 758, protein 94, carbs 35

Congratulations Jo; Onederland is Onederful! The cake pops sound like a great idea for the team. Happy Birthday to your son (although he's a day late - lol). Don't worry about work as it always gets hectic then you wish why you didn't breathe during the slower times.
Hope the game goes well for them.

He should have been born today! I was induced and it was a mess. Had to ask for the C-section after being hypercontracted by the induction medicine and the epidural not working from about 10pm-when I asked for the csection the next day at 6:30am! I was too tired even if I had gotten to where I could push, I wouldn't have been able to do it. :(
Oh well, 2 seems to be lucky for us - he's Aug 2 and my daughter is Nov 22. :)

I hope he enjoys his special day. Eight is great!
