Onederland - and 70 lbs.
Before WLS and joining this site, I wouldn't have known what Onederland was, but as of this morning, I'm there - and what a cool destination. I went to my 3 month appointment with the NP (at 4 months). I was weighed at 90 kilos (198 lbs), hips measured at 47" (down 10"), waist 37" (down another 10"), my blood pressure was normal and all of my vitamin levels were either a bit high or normal. Sharon said she was very happy with me and I said I was very happy with her - lol. The only glitch was that my 11 a.m. appointment ended up starting at noon because the NP I was supposed to be seeing was on holidays. Mistakes happen and with such good news, I wasn't too bothered. The Ontario Telehealth Network is still a better alternative for me then travelling to TWH for all follow-up appointments and the coordinator at the Orillia hospital is terrific.
I'm a happy girl and committed to continuing my journey towards better health. This program WORKS!

Hi Linda!
That's great news! You should be so proud of yourself! I had to chuckled a bit, I too would have never known what onederland was, or what a NSV was before joining this website. Glad I did.
Sounds like your appointment went.
Keep up the great work!
70 lbs down is alot to be proud of! Plus seeing a 1 in front of your number is awesome.
Take care.

You had your surgery just two weeks before mine and have lost 10 lbs. more. We are on the same track and that's what makes this site so great. It's not about comparing, but about encouraging. We're different but the same. Boy, I'm getting poetic here.
You're just around the corner. 80 lbs. Yeah Tuktu!
