WHAT I AM NOT GOING TO MISS......
HI it's me MJ! My surgery is tomorrow - Yes, I can't wait and Yes, I am nervous....
I was thinking yesterday about the things I am not going to miss about being obese.
- Being Obese. How did that happen?
- Heaving myself out of my Dodge Challenger
- Using the handicap stall in the restroom
- Paying more for a basic T or paying more for any Plus size clothes than regular
- Additionelle and Penningtons - don't get me wrong they were nice folks
- Scavenging through the racks at Old Navy to find the 2XL to try in on and find out it doesn't fit!
- Feeling like I am taking up too much space on the transit
- Being the biggest girl at the office
- Being offered work related apparel and them not ordering me the right size
- Starting a diet EVERY Monday morning.
- My BF asking me what I'm eating/not eating today - depending on what diet I'm on
- Not being able to breath
- Being squishy - baby's are squishy not 50 yr old women
- Not being able to bend down to tie my shoes
- My thighs rubbing together
- Wearing black stretch pants with over sized shirts
- Shopping for clothes in general
- Wanting to eat the whole fridge after work or a whole food court at lunch
- Eating until I feel sick
- Food/alcohol hangovers
Well that is all I can think of for now - feel free to add on!!!
Please keep me in your prayers or wish me luck - I'm really going to do this!

25. Having strangers offer food purchase critique in the check out lane
26. Having strangers yell "Fat F-ing !!!ch" out their car window as I'm walking along
27. Being ignored
28. Being overly cheerful to counter being ignored

30. Being uncomfortable when going to the spa for any kind of services because of my weight

awesome list, here are some of the things I don't miss in addition to all of the above
- worried I am going to have a heart attack
- hating my reflection in the mirror
- blaming every situation on "fat"
- being too tired to play with my kids
- not liking summer because of the heat
- not liking winter because of the bulk of winter clothes
- wearing black all the time
