Hi Menu friends,
Wow, is it ever quiet on the boards today.
I've been eating fruit too; mostly berries in my yogurt, but for the past few days I've had a cup of watermelon cubes as a snack, and yesterday I tried a peach...yum! I hope it won't stall me.
I'm almost 6 months out from RNY.

Busy active day.
Breakfast: Greek yogurt
lunch: protein bar

dinner: chicken shishkabobs with grilled veggies and fresh green beans
hiking, laundry, cleaning ... busy today but good. Wish I did not eat the banana bread but I made it and did not really think twice about trying it which is odd.

I have been trying to cut my added sugar intake ....adding fruits and veggies ...and today I discovered I could make frozen yogurt. I used 1/2 cup plain Good Shepherd Skyr and 1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries and 1/2 cup of mango....I used my food processor. Made 2 portions. Better than store bought only 80 cal each portion....
