Good morning everyone! It's almost Friday!! Yahoo. I've been to the gym this morning and will be taking the rest of the day off from exercise, its going to be too stinkin' humid this afternoon so they say!
Crazy menu today (stat wise), so we'll see if it works.
B - 100 gr watermelon, chili
S - premier protein shake
L - chicken sausage, tomato/cucumber/feta salad with greek dressing
S - 4 slices deli turkey
D - taco salad
Total Cal 1232, Protein 119, Carbs 62

Scale has not been moving...ok so like reallllllly slow. Thought I'd try to up my protein, which eeeekk now my calories are moving upwards. Won't know unless I try, right?!?

Like Georgian Bay, the scale isn't moving much but boy am I losing inches. I have also increased my calories and protein but also know that my plan is working so I will just persevere.
B - protein shake and large black decaf.
L - the rest of my chicken salad with blue cheese and 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese
S - jalapeno cheese stick
D - bacon-wrapped chicken
S - 1/2 cup of Skyr with 1 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
Calories: 701, Protein: 84, Carbs: 24. All water and vitamins.
Going to cut the lawn tonight and go for a walk as it rained last night. And put the cushions back on my patio set - looks like glorious sun for the next few days.

Post Op VSG 10 Months
Long day at work up ahead today. Feeling super hungry today, probably because Thursday's tend to be very long and physically strenuous days for me at work so I need more food to keep me going. Past few days I've been trying to do 3 meals + 3 snacks a day and 1000cals, but that didn't seem to work too well. Too much food to squeeze in one day. 3 meals + 2 snacks in a day seems to work best, but still going to keep it within 1000cals.
Today's eats:
B: Chocolate Premier Protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee
L: 1 hard boiled egg, 0.5oz pistachios, 1 mini chicken sausage, 1 babybel, 1 mini cucumner
D: 30g raw kale, 1 hard boiled egg, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 1oz rotisserie chicken breast, 10g salad dressing
S1: Protein bar, 2oz raspberries
S2: 3oz plain greek yogurt, 2oz blackberries, 10g sugar free maple syrup
Totals: 992 cals, 49g carbs - 25g fiber = 24 net carbs, 104g protein

This is ugly I think. Having a super hungry day. 5 months post op
b: 1/2 turkey sausage
snack: 2 pieces cheese and 8 grapes
lunch: protein bar
snack: 2 thin crisp crackers, 2 pieces cheese, I mini square chocolate
snack: protein. It from Starbucks: 4 pieces of cheese, wheat thin crackers, almonds and cranberries
dinner: 2 pieces of ribs.
And I feel like I could eat more. I hate these days.
No no clue on the stats. I am sure I have met my protein requirements and over my calorie needs.
