Good morning Pouch Peeps!! How are we all today? Was awake at 3:38 this morning as my Trucker had to leave at 330 and I couldn't get back to sleep. Finally got up a little early to get a little more time in at the gym. Will get out for a walk solo today as my walking partner yesterday was dragging is butt. We did get in 6 kms, but that's a little too much for him!

B - 2oz blueberries, 2 oz strawberries, 115 gr skyr vanilla

S - premier protein shake

L - cobb salad - 2 oz lettuce, 2 oz chicken, 2 thin slices deli ham, 1 egg, 1 oz shredded cheddar, 2 tbsp. ranch dressing

S - mozzarella/red pepper chicken sausage

D - zoodles with spag sauce

Totals 1075 Cal, 62 Carbs, 119 protein (higher calories worked for me yesterday, scale was down 1.7 lbs this morning, we'll see if the trend continues).

Have a great day!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

We are on vacation and I'm so far off plan it's depressing. I'm having fun touring around and just doing some relaxing. Puppies were up before 7 -- don't they know we are on holidays?? Lol. So we have already been on a walk.

Today we are going to town for lunch and to browse some art shops. We took the puppies with us yesterday but they can't come today, so we won't go out for too long. I don't like to leave them too long in a strange place.

Breakfast - already off plan - yogurt, 1/2 muffin

Snack - protein bar

Lunch - TBD restaurant

Snack - turkey pepperoni

Dinner - zucchini with bolognese sauce

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

Hi Meg

I read your accountability on the other post. Please take this advice in the spirit it's given.

You must get a hold of your sugar issues. I can't remember if you are 2 or 3 years out. I can tell you with certainty that things change somewhere in that time frame. You can't get away with constant treats anymore. The pounds will begin accumulating.

Stop purchasing, baking or accepting sugary/carby food products in your life. White knuckle it to get them out of your system. You're getting away with it now, but that will fail you eventually.

Tell your husband to stop. Tell yourself to stop. OR, accept the pounds you will gain and learn to love yourself with a higher weight.

Good luck

I agree with you 100%. I have been struggling a lot lately. It has been much worse since the wedding. We are staying at the family cottage with other family members and it is even harder this time to control myself. This is one of my trigger places and I have done okay in the past but this trip my guard has been way down.

I do not want to gain any weight. I'm happy where I am and I still weigh myself daily. I know if I do dense protein I will be full and would lose weight. I still log every bite on MFP. I don't know why I'm struggling so much these days.

I know it's tough. Been there done that myself. It's like a light switch gets turned on and off eh?

Best advice I can give you is to get everything out of the house. Talk to your husband and explain that he is NOT being loving by bringing chocolate treats in the house. It's sabotage.

It gets better after a week of avoidance. Just don't want to see you slide into gain. The bod really starts to be less forgiving post 2 years wls.

one is too much

Good morning. 3:30 is an aweful time to be up. I am at meetings yesterday and today. I like to get things done and move on. This working by committee is killing me. I swear we finished yesterday at the same place as we started. I have hopes that today will be better.

Biking home. DH dropped me downtown near where I was going. Bike about a kilometer and was tired. Should be fun biking home.

Good morning (in the afternoon),

Boy, am I late. But as busy as it has been, the day goes by quickly. Going for a 5 km. walk when I get home to enjoy some of this sunshine (or cut the lawn if my son hasn't done it) then going with my husband to take our trailer to Burl's Creek. He's working both the Way Home and Boots and Hearts festivals and finds it easier to sleep there. Thousands flocking to Oro-Medonte; always interesting and good for local businesses.

B - protein with large decaf. coffee

L - 1/2 cup chicken salad with 1/2 oz. blue cheese and 1 tbsp. low fat mayo

S - Armstrong cheese stick

D - bacon wrapped chicken with green salad (last night's dinner tonight)

Calories: 630, Protein: 75, Carbs: 7. All water and vitamins

Enjoy your day.
