Still feeling horribly fatigued these days, haven't had much of an appetite so I couldn't eat everything I planned out yesterday either. I don't know what's been going on, might need to check in with a doctor soon. On the bright side, I'm down another pound, woooooot! Might just be attributed to the fact that I haven't been eating much these past few days, but as long as the scale is moving in the right direction I'm happy.
Today's eats:
B: Chocolate Premier Protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee
L: 1 Cup spinach, 1 hard boiled egg, 1.5oz chicken souvlaki, 0.5oz feta cheese, 10g salad dressing
D: 3oz Salmon, 1.5oz broccoli, 0.5oz feta cheese
S1: 1.5oz blackberries, 3oz plain greek yogurt, 10g sugar free maple syrup
S2: 4oz granny smith apply slices, 20g peanut butter
S3: 1 Babybel
Totals: 944 cals, 43g carbs - 13g fiber = 30 net carbs, 96g protein
