Working during Opti-Fast?

I'm in week 13 of Opti and had no need to take time off work and haven't experienced those issues at all. I was angry at people eating around me for the first week but that was it.

HW: 299 CW: 165 GW: 150

Started Optifast on April 21, 2017 at 248lbs through the Ontario Bariatric Network medical program.

Thank you so much for your reply! A friend of mine took it off, said there was a lot of intestinal stuff going on but I think she needed some R&R before surgery. I am going on to day 2 today - headaches are Real! I am going to drink lots of water and take a tylenol (or 2) Thanks again - I like your user name. I hope you are well. MJ
