Post Op VSG 10 months
Late morning for me, got to sleep in today which is really nice. I broke my stall this morning!! This is the shortest stall I've ever experienced so I'm really happy - they normally last 2-3 weeks for me, but I'm just happy the scale is moving in the right direction. Only 25 more lbs to go until I reach my goal, I can do this!!
Yesterday was a bit of an off day for me, I was busy all day and only ate around 550 cals of food. Feeling hungry today so I planned out my day similar to what I had set up for yesterday.
Today's eats:
B: Chocolate premier protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee
L: 1 Cup spinach, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 1.5oz chicken souvlaki, 1 hard boiled egg, 10g salad dressing
D: 3.5oz chicken souvlaki, 1.5oz broccoli, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 1tbsp tzatziki
S1: 3oz Plain greek yogurt, 10g sugar free maple syrup, 1.5oz blackberries
S2: Protein bar
S3: High fiber muffin and cinnamon tea (1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1tsp cinnamon)
Don't know if I'll actually eat all of this today but we'll see how the day goes.
Totals: 954 cals, 59g carbs - 31g fiber = 28 net carbs, 118g protein
