Teaching an old dog new tricks
I was so happy to realize yesterday that I can learn new habits. We went to the Jay's game in Detroit yesterday. Everybody had lots of food including popcorn. A few weeks. Ack I got into the popcorn and snacking. Yesterday it was like someone else lived in my head. My immediate reaction was "nope, don't want any of that slider food" and I had the protein drink I brought with me instead. So happy that this was automatic and not a fight for the will. Love this tool

Congrats; that's great news! I so get you on the popcorn; I got into popcorn this week and realised it's too much of a slider/trigger food for me, so no more popcorn, lol. It's too bad as the stats on it were great and it would have made a wonderful snack if it didn't go down so easily and trigger cravings for more.

I love the movies and always got a big tub of popcorn covered with butter.. I had a few handfuls a week ago and it didn't sit well. I'm glad it doesn't react well with me because I know how addictive it was for me before. So now I don't want it if it makes me sick.
So glad you recognized the issue and corrected it right away!! Yah you!!
First off I'm jealous you were at a jays game lol
Secondly, good for you!!! We definitely have a great tool! No regrets here!
Keep up your great decision making :)
