Post Op VSG 9.5 months
Super long day up ahead at work today. Approaching my 10 month postop mark in exactly one week! Scale hasn't moved in a few days and I'm trying not to get freaked out because this happens all the time with me, lose 5 pounds in 3 days then nothing for upwards of 3 weeks. My longest stall was a grueling 1.5 months. Trying to stay positive and not think about it too much.
Today's eats:
B: Chocolate Premier Protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee
L: Hard boiled egg, 1 mini chicken sausage, 1 babybel, 0.5oz pistachios, 1 mini cucumber
D: 2.5oz baked salmon, 2oz brussel sprouts, 10grams feta cheese
S1: Protein bar
S2: 3.5 oz Plain greek yogurt, 1tbsp sugar free maple syrup, 2oz strawberries
Totals: 926 cals, 40g carbs - 20g fiber = 20 net carbs, 107g protein
Good morning :)
I was supposed to meet my aunt for a walk today, but it's been cancelled on account of the weather. Tonight we get to pick up our new minivan. I will have to run to the bank and do all that side of things before we go to the dealer.
Soccer was cancelled last night due to rain as well, so I'm feeling a bit sluggish these days. I would love to do some strength training to build up my muscles more.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, pickles
Lunch - turkey sausage
Snack - Greek yogurt
Dinner - chicken and veg
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
