Sugar free freezies and liquid diet

Quick question, TWH's diet binder mentions that sugar free popsicles are allowed on liquid diet....does this mean sugar freezies as well???

I used to always see sugar free freebies but I have not seen any this year. ?

I saw them at walmart...sobeys...metro...freshco... this year.

Bought some today at the low carb grocer. A new one opened at eglinton and birchmount in the east end of Toronto/Scarborough.

not the greatest flavour choices but satisfying in this heat.

They're no not always labelled sugar free, but no sugar added....total mind game there... My sister had to convince me the ones we found were actually sugar free
