What are you eating/doing (Friday)
I received my Fitness Tracker yesterday, so am interested to see how that works. The usual on deck for the day... laundry, cleaning rabbit hutch, vacuuming, walking dogs, and being totally obsessed Supervet on NetFlix LOL
breakfast: 1/2 c chocolate oaty porridge (YUMMY!)
snack: 3/4c 5-a-day Smoothie
lunch: 3/4c lentil soup
snack: 3/4 c greek yogurt
dinner: 1/2 c chili with 1oz shredded cheese
snack: 1oz goat cheese and 9 Good Thins rice crackers
Vitamins and Water, maybe a decaf tea

Good morning :)
I cannot get going this morning. Puppy 2 was up sick with vomiting and diarrhea (which I found this morning). So I've already cleaned the floor and started our laundry to clean that up. Now I'm going to sit and drink water until I wake up. I will be keeping a very close eye on him today.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, pickles
Lunch - ham and cheese
Snack - yogurt, pepperette
Dinner - cheeseburger, bunless
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Thanks, I try to go to the gym every weekday morning. Sometimes Mondays are tough.
A pie iron is like a grilled cheese you cook in the camp fire. We are leaving for camping for the weekend tonight. So a pizza one (for me) is a squirt of pizza sauce, pepperoni, red and green pepper and onion, 1 oz of shredded cheddar on 35 calorie bread. Toasted to deliciousness in the fire.
