Good morning! So I was super organized last night and did some meal prep for the day. Got a pretty good menu going on for the day. Was at the gym this morning and tried a new machine, its kind of like you're skating. Boy did that give the legs a work out! Going to be super hot today so I'm not sure how far I'll get at lunch but I'll be out there for a bit anyway.
B - 2 egg western omelet
S - greek light and fit raspberry yogurt
L - can of tuna with celery, red onions, light mayo with dill pickle slices

CC I hope you are coping well and staying on track! Take care!
Good morning :)
Today I have a few errands to do and then a meeting with my advisor. I have not done as much work as I had hoped, but our presentation isn't until August. Unfortunately that is allowing me to procrastinate, but I know it will sneak up on me.
Last night I had soccer so my knee is a little sore today. I've been icing it. My doctor suggested getting it x-rayed so I will probably do that tomorrow.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - egg, pickles
Lunch - ham, cheese
Snack - yogurt, pepperette
Dinner - burgers and veg
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
I slept in today. My throat has been hurting for a couple of days. I let my son skip ball camp today so I could sleep. Bad? lol I work the late shift today at work so I'm here until 8pm. I'm hoping my throat starts feeling better. Lots of water. My son has a ball tournament this weekend here in London that the parents have to run so I'll be busy all weekend at the diamonds so if I don't get on tomorrow - have a great weekend!

Hi everyone,
Sorry I've been AWOL; for a bit; I've been super busy with bike riding and swimming. Yesterday I only swam laps for an hour, but was tired all day because the day before I did my first 30 km bike ride. The day before that I rode 18 km. Today I plan to rest, lol, but who knows; if the mood hits I may hop on my bike or go for a swim.
I'm 22 weeks post op and only 1.2 Lbs away from 100 Lbs lost; and 5.3 Lbs away from Onederland! So close, lol.
Breakfast: 2 cups decaf with 1/3rd cup vanilla premier protein in each. Greek yogurt with blueberries.
Lunch: chicken cutlet, (white meat, thin, coated in 1/2 tsp breadcrumbs, done in pan with 1/2 tsp oil)
Supper: Shrimp with garlic butter.
Snack: watermelon, jerky
Totals: 498 calories, 27 g carbs, 14 g fat, 2 g fibre, 72 g protein, 15 g sugar
My calories are low but carbs and protein are good. If I need to, I'll add some cherry tomatoes and a babybel lite cheese, but lately have been having small pouch days, so as long as I get my protein in, it's all good.
