What are you eating/doing Wednesday?
Post Op 14+ mos.
Well hello strangers!! What an awesome long weekend I had!! and it's already Hump day, the week is half over!! Was to the gym this morning so a little late with the post! I don't really have a plan for the day I just rummaged through the fridge and threw what I could find in my lunch bag. There is a piece of chicken, two cheese snacks, and a bowl of chili! Hmmmm, guess I should have done some prep yesterday instead of chilling on the deck all day. Down to 176 this morning!! Woot Woot.
No totals because I'm not sure if I will eat what I brought or go to the grocery store....I do have some deli turkey in the fridge here provided nobody ate it on me!
Have a great day everyone!
Good morning :)
I currently have a doctor's appointment scheduled for today and soccer tonight, but I was so good at procrastinating yesterday that I also have to do all my work before my call tomorrow. I did however clean out a bunch of weeds from our back garden and move over some raspberry stems. They are currently in a raised box which isn't enough space for them to grow properly. They will have a ton of space if they take off.
Breakfast - protein shake

Hello all (including CC - hope you and your dad are well),
What a beautiful day. I hope it holds out until the weekend as I have a 25th Anniversary BBQ to go to for a friend and I'm having a baby shower for my daughter on Sunday. Hubby is taking the next two days off to work in the yard and tend to his pond, so I hope it is still an outdoor BBQ.
Way to go Ginnny! 175 is my first goal weight and, for whatever reason, it is a number I have always strived for.

My son's baseball team won 21-2 last night and had an early night which was nice. Baseball usually ends around 8;15 but we were done an hour earlier. Thankfully!!
My son has batting practice and then a soccer game tonight. I work till 5pm so I don't think I'll be making batting. Oh well.
