My weight loss is very much start-stop. I have regular 'stalls' of 3-4 weeks, then have a 'woosh' of losing 5-10 pounds.
I try really hard not to get discouraged during the stalls.. but it's tough!!

WOW! 3-4 week stalls would be very tough to push through I bet! But wow - your weight loss seems very consistent from one month to the next. good for you. 71lbs is amazing!!
