Hi!

How many Celebrate vitamins does the Civic recommend taking? I have the 2 in 1 chewables and can't find the info sheet they gave us at the meeting. I think I remember seeing 2 in am and 2 in pm but not 100% sure.

I didn't go through Ottawa, but Celebrate Vitamins have so any different types of vitamins I think it depends on which ones you buy. I bought the Multicomplete 36 chewables and the dosage is 2 a day. They had some that were 4 a day too, but I didn't want those ones. If you check their website it will tell you.

On the website, it says yours need to be taken 4 per day. Yours has calcium, no iron; mine has iron, no calcium, lol.

It's four a day, yes. (I find them very difficult to get through!)

I am with Ottawa as well taking the 2 in 1s.

I try for one x 4 daily but the Nurse and Dietition both told me I could do 2 am, 2 pm or any combo so long as its 4 pills daily. So personally I take 1 am, 1 noon, 2 dinner just to spread it out.

I use here as well and because I find the taste unbearable I do one at breakfast, one at lunch, one at dinner and one before bed. I will be switching over to Opurity as soon as I finish this bottle and hope they will taste better.
