Hi guys,
We're having a nice, hot sunny day here in the North, which means I get to go for a bike ride, yay! Yesterday it rained so I went swimming instead and the pool was so crowded I could only do laps for 20 minutes, so for the rest of the hour I did water exercises (like aquafit) in the deep end. I still got a work out but missed my hour of laps. The day before I did too much; I rode my bike for an hour, and walked for 97 minutes, and was super hungry for 2 days. I ate way too many calories yesterday. They were protein calories, and it was my highest protein day ever, almost 90 grams!
I only need 0.2 km to reach my 100 km on my bike for the month of June, lol; can't believe I got so close with the last ride. Had I known I was so close, I would have just gone around the block a few times to make it to 100. I'll keep riding for the rest of the month, but it feels good to know I'm almost at my goal.
Breakfast:2 decaf coffee with 1/3 cup of premier protein in each.
Lunch: Greek yogurt with strawberries.
Supper: Not sure; I have some left over chicken and tuna, so probably one of the other.
Snack: Pepperette and cheese string.
