Thanks! I still have to make it, lol. My Mom usually makes me a decadent, moist chocolate cake with fudge icing, and she can bake just about anything, but feels the watermelon "cake" is beyond her, lol.

As I said in replying to Meg's beautiful wedding pic, I do lurk on this post a lot even though I don't post...but I had to wish you a happy birthday, just a day late.
Swiss Chalet is my go to place, its one of the healthier restaurants, or should I say has more healthier choices (and their chicken is amazing), and that they have nutritional information which is key when your tracking calories and what not.
