Good morning all. Came back to work yesterday after swimming. I had not eaten lunch and was hungry. The smell of pasta was amazing. Unfortunately I decided to eat some. I do not usually eat pasta and it felt like lead in my stomach. I will go back to just having sauce.

Walk this morning then off to Whitamore Farms for strawberries. Costco on the way home. Really need some groceries

Good morning :)

Today will be spent doing up the final details before tomorrow. My brother and his fiancee are coming today and my parents are already here. I have run out of fridge space preparing to have six people staying here. It's a little cozy but we are making it work ;)

Post Op 14 mos

Good morning and Happy Friday!!! Gym this morning and just now eating my breakie, so hungry!! Not much on the go today, will probably go out for a walk at lunch. Heading camping this weekend so hopefully the weather is good. We still have fun no matter but hey I love the SUN!!

B - 2 scrambled eggs, onions/peppers (no cheese, I already put it in the trailer)

S - greek yogurt

L - Protein Shake (unless I go out for something better)

S - 2 HB eggs

D- Pizza Pie Iron, 35 cal bread x2, pepperoni, onions/peppers, pizza sauce cheese) YUM, can't wait for this so no rain tonight please, need the bonfire to cook it!!

Working till 6pm today and missing my son's ball game for the first time. :( They play in Petrolia and that's an hour away so there would be no point in rushing to the game as they may not play the whole game depending on how the teams are playing. I'd love to go since I hate missing anything but I don't want to get there for 30 mins of game time with 2 hours of driving. He has games Monday, Tuesday and then an away tournament in Mississauga next weekend for at least 3 games so there's a lot of ball coming up.

Food today:

B: Premier Protein

L: Chicken salad - mostly chicken with onion, cheese, cucumber and a tiny bit of lettuce as my pouch isn't a huge fan of it yet.

D: Chicken salad - same as above.

S: Syntrax cherry

Good morning,

Had a busy day and an early night. I think I have all of my energy back, then my body deflates and wants a rest. Through this journey I have been navigating not only how to listen to my pouch, but to my entire body. In order to hear, you have to listen.

B - protein shake and black decaf.

L - 2 oz. canned chicken with 1 tbsp. of low fat mayo

S - 3 oz. of Skyr and 3 sliced strawberries (unsweetened applesauce has 11 grams of sugar, so while I have fresh (and sometimes frozen), I will use berries. I don't think 2 tbsp. is much to worry about, but I do have to remember to read labels and not assume "unsweetened" has no sugar.

D - Finally going to have that grilled salmon burger (I hope) with a slice of tomato, tzatziki and some steamed green beans.

Calories: 497, Protein: 69, Carbs: 19. All water and vitamins

I am late to the thread today. My meals are very similar though.

Brekafast same ol same ol. Greek yogurt and turkey pepperette. But I ate the last one. Damn.

Lunch was steak sandwich minus the sandwich with veggies and Caesar salad.

Dinner is chicken and shrimp kabobs with grilled veggies.

I have also been eating one peppermint patty every day. Not a great thing but it's my treat for no breads, rice, pasta or potatoes. 5 days no carbs. Tomorrow I do plan on carbs as I'm making macaroni salad. I won't eat a lot but I've been craving it. Might also have a half a cheese bun with grilled chicken as I'm having some girls for. BBQ tomorrow at lunch.

Down 2lbs so that makes me happy! Enjoy the rest of your day. So far we have avoided the rain they were calling for.
