Stomach ache when I don't eat on time!

I needs some help! For the last 3 days out of the blue I have been experiencing a weird pain that feels like rout gut( if u know what that means) almost like a really bad hang over stomach or someone stepping on my stomach, it comes every time I don't eat within 2.5 - 3 hours! If I eat it usually goes away! Is this normal and why all of a sudden would this be happening now after 17 weeks? I can be in a store and all of a sudden the pains start! I have no other issues other than the BM PROBLEM but that seems to be much better now! I hope I can get some insight about this feeling I've been having!

To be on the safe side I would call your clinic and see what they say! Could be an ulcer perhaps? When did you stop taking your PPI?

I was just going to ask if you were still taking a PPI.

The clinic doctor told me to stop taking them over a month ago! Maybe I will start them back up! Thank u!

Would I call my clinic in Windsor or where I had my surgery in Guelph?

I have heard that often after people stop their PPI. Good idea to start up again. I would call the clinic in Windsor first and see what they say. Good luck

I went through Windsor Clinic and they had me on the PPI for 6 months.

I started back on my ppi as soon as people started to mention it to me hopefully this will help! What would actually cause a ulcer?

Hi Angela, I am sorry to hear you're in such pain. I was going to ask about an ulcer too, or even specifically H. pylori. One of the mail symptoms of H. pylori is pain in the stomach that resolves when you eat. An ulcer can be a complication of H. pylori.

Definitely contact your doctor and/or your centre.

Thank u so much for responding! I tested positive for h pylori before surgery and was treated! I tested negative after the antibiotics! Although I had no symptoms of it at all and was shocked to know I had it! I hope that it hasn't come back because the antibiotics r horrible to take, I felt so sick from them! The discomfort only subsides when I eat but doesn't go completely away, it just makes it tolerable! I started my stomach pill again just after reading the other posts, hopefully in a day or so I will notice a difference! I also called the baractric clinic her in Windsor as well to see if they could help with this ( I left a message so who knows when they will call back). Thanks so much!
