Good morning :)

So I'm still following the CAMAW plan but I've been having some bathroom issues despite my best efforts (sorry tmi). However, today it seems somewhat better and the scale is happy about that. I'm down 7.8 pounds at over two years post-op. I really needed the motivation of the wedding to get me started but I'm hoping I can hang on to some of the momentum. There are still two more weddings that I am a part of between now and September, so gotta keep it up!! :)

Breakfast - cheeseburger

Snack - protein shake

Lunch - smoked chicken

Snack - kielbasa and cheese

Dinner - probably pork

Snack - maybe another protein shake

All water and vits.

Post Op 14 mos

Good morning everyone! I made it to the gym this morning, yay for me. And last night I was busy around the house but wanted to make my step goal so I kept doing laps around the yard! LOL I made it though!

Down 1.9 lbs this morning from yesterday!! Not complaining just odd.

Eats today:

B1- protein shake on the way to the gym

B2 - Beef roulade(meat only) 75 gr

S - 2 HB eggs

L - 2.8 oz taco beef, with 28 gr shredded tex mex, cucumbers 50 gr

S - 8 slices deli turkey with mustard

D - 4 oz grilled chicken on spinach salad, with berries in it

Total Cal 902, Carbs 19, Protein 120

My girlfriend is coming for dinner tonight and that is our favorite meal. I haven't seen her in soooo long, I'm very excited.

Oh yeah, at the gym this morning I laid down on my back to do some ab crunches.....well let me tell you, I have absolutely no padding left on my tailbone. I couldn't even do a complete crunch. I never had a bum before but its certainly more non-existent now than ever. Some of you might remember my pants on backwards episode from a few months back!!

Have a great day! I know I will

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning all,

Too funny Ginnny ... I didn't think of the downside of losing my padding, but if that becomes my only complaint, I won't be too upset.

Back to rain today and still muggy - no complaints though; it's not snowing.

B - protein shake and decaf black

L - 1/2 cup cottage cheese and boiled egg (can't do the egg on its own)

S - 1 oz. breast of chicken

D - grilled salmon burger and 1/2 cup steamed green beans (last night's dinner)

Calories: 580, Protein: 71, Carbs: 15. All water and vitamins

Have a great day.

Hi Menu friends,

Today it is nice and sunny so I am going to go for a bike ride; yay! Yesterday I went for a nature walk and saw beavers playing. It looked like they were waltzing in the water, face to face. I don't know if it was a prelude to mating or what, but one Beaver pushed the other away, and he grabbed a big stick and took it to the lodge. I imagine he wanted nookie and she said, "not until you fix that leaky roof", lol. I heard bullfrogs, lots of them, but couldn't see them, lol.

Good luck with your appointments, Barbara, so excited for you.

Breakfast: 1/2 decaf, 1/2 premier protein shake, times 2 (so I get the whole shake in).

Lunch: Leftover cheeseburger patty from last night's BBQ.

Supper: Garlic Shrimp

Snack: 1/3 of Fitjoy protein bar on bike

All water.
