What are you eating/doing Monday?

im not usually a poster on this thread just a reader. I've decided I need to kick the carbs to the curb for a while. I've had 5lbs hanging on for a couple of weeks so need to get them back off before they turn into 10lbs
Not going to do the all meat challenge though. I like my dairy.
So far I had skyr vanilla yogurt with sf strawberry syrup in it and a turkey pepperette
snack was a piece of ham with a pickle and slice of cheese.
Lunch is going to be Greek salad with chicken
dinner is leftover roast beef with a garden salad.
Thankfully im not hungry in the evenings so I don't require a snack.

I never eat after dinner either. It's never been an issue for me. When dinner is done, I'm done eating for the day. I know many people struggle with late night eating and I am so grateful that I am not one of them! (It would be just one more bad habit I would have to deal with!)

Again, I am late posting. I've been running around all day! Yesterday I went to IKEA and picked up some cinnamon buns on the way out...for my kids of course! It didn't stop me from having one this morning though! Oh, it is a tough road to just say "no". I marking it down anyway and working around it with my calories and what else I am putting in mouth today.

Afternoon
Can't seem to find enough time the past few months. I miss posting daily. Did great with all meat and just yogurt yesterday. Lots of great looking food at the party but just drank some water.
Our pizza oven was unexpectedly repaired today so we are having pizza for dinner. So I made one day of CAMAW. I'd like to say I will just eat the toppings off the pizza but alas, I will have one piece with crust. Gotta ensure it tastes ok. Lol
B - 1 eggs and 1 slice of peameal bacon
L - spicy chicken with veg
D - 1 full slice thin crust and toppings from second slice. Pancetta, capacciola, pepperoni
S - Skyr vanilla yogurt with splenda stewed rhubarb. Yumm
All water and vits
