What are you eating/doing Monday?
Post Op 14 months yesterday
Good morning! UGH to Monday, why are the weekends never long enough! I was pretty much a slug yesterday only tracked 1394 steps!! I guess that's what sitting on the deck gets ya!! I was in and out of the pool!! I couldn't even get myself to the gym this morning. EPIC fail!! I got up started to get dressed and quit!! My knee is a little swollen today, too much baseball on Saturday perhaps!
No real plan for the day. I threw a yogurt, manwich meat and some meatloaf in the lunch bag today, so we will see what order they are consumed in!
Have a great day everyone!
Sounds like you had a perfect day yesterday. The church was so hot and humid yesterday. A pool sounds wonderful.
Today is my anniversary (41 years) so we are going out to dinner to the Keg. We still have a gift certificate, My birthday is next month and my driver's lic. and health card have to be renewed. So off to Service Ontario this morning. Also off to get a passport picture. Although my passport is not expired I have been told you should renew it at least 6 months before it is due.
Also of to my favourite warehouse sale to look for some new tops or shorts. It is always a mix so you never know what you will find.

Good morning :)
More house chores today. I wanted to cut the grass but I went outside at 8am and it was already too hot!! We have family coming to stay with us this week so I've been trying to get the house in order. Yesterday I decided to hand scrub our sunroom floor as the dogs have tracked in a lot of dirt over the winter. I can hardly move today. So at this point I'm not sure exactly what I will get done today ;)
Breakfast - cheeseburger
Snack - kielbasa and cheese
Lunch - beef skewers
Snack - chicken
Dinner - tbd
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Good morning all,
Yes, it is hot and I have no complaints. I worked all weekend outside with my husband doing gardening and cleaning out the pond. He can't walk today and my legs are moving a bit slower as well. I didn't cut the lawn as I usually do as I just don't have all of my energy back yet. I tend to pu**** then have to listen to the "I told you so's".
Breakfast - protein shake and black decaf.
Snack - Hard boiled egg (not sitting well; I think I will skip these for awhile)
Lunch - 1/2 cup chicken salad (half a breast, light mayo and green onion)
Snack - 1/2 cup of plain Skyr and unsweetened applesauce
Dinner - Grilled salmon burger and 1/4 cup of green beans

Good morning!
Today is a STAY in the house day. The temp isn't bad 27 but it is already 34 at 11am. It is supposed to reach 40 here in the Nation's Capital!!! Sorry, too much sleep.
Today I have taken my cat to be spayed, run a few errands and then am going to try to help hubby with housework before he goes back to work on Wednesday. I cannot do a whole lot, mostly dusting and washing dishes. oh I also have to ensure my teenagers do not kill each other.
