I fit into a size large top at the Walmart today! Woohoo!
I went to try on clothes today. I recently went from a 1X to an XL, so I grabbed a bunch of XL tops and tried them on, and was shocked when one of them was too big. I double checked the size and it was an XL. So I grabbed a size large off the rack and tried it on and it fit. I was totally amazed and my heart started racing and tears came into my eyes. I can't remember the last time I fit into a size Large top. Of course, I bought it, lol, even though it's got tank sleeves and I hate showing my arms. It's going to be a hot summer though, so I need to get over that.
It was only one top; the other size XL's fit just fine, but it's a great start. I was in 4-5X tops pre-op, so it feels great to get something without an X in the title, lol.

Thanks; it is so great to be able to have so much more selection to choose from; almost overwhelmingly so. I'm used to being so limited in where I can shop.

I was thrilled to fit into one top in a Large; can't wait until more of them fit, lol. Thanks for telling me there's less of a weight difference in the smaller sizes; that's really good to know.

Sounds like an amazing experience Kathy! 4-5x is what I am wearing, although, I'm sure with the way they are fitting me, i'll probaby more between a 4x and 3x, but haven't gone shopping...trying to avoid the stores as long as possible lol
Nonetheless, to be able to fit into a Large, would be so surreal for me, I can't remember when I was in a large size anything. Don't concern yourself that it was just one top, you are going in the right direction. What a great NSV!!!
I'm sure there will be many more NSV for you, and I wish nothing but good things for you to come.
