Good morning everyone! So glad its Friday. I'm going to take the afternoon off! I so need to relax in my deck chair and soak up some sun!!
Last day of AMAW....and so happy for that. I'm bored with all meat, I need my cheese and yogurt.
Been to the gym already but no walk at lunch today. There is a fundraising BBQ for the Alzheimer Society at our local old age home. I'll be heading over there for a sausage and maybe try and win a prize at the table.

My son's team won last night but it started a long stretch of baseball. Another game tonight in Komoka. They won against this team 25-15 BUT it seems like anything can happen in a 7-8 year old baseball league. Anyone can beat anyone. Kids are off on a PD day today with hubby at home (he's going to be grumpy when I get home). Leaving work around 4:30 so we don't have to take 2 cars to the game tonight. I'm sure hubby won't have the kids ready to go but here's hoping! lol :)
I ended up getting my package from low carb grocery last night and love the Synthrax Cherry. I also bought some of the salted caramel quest protein trial packs... just not sure what I should do with it now. lol Was hoping to put it in coffee maybe but I like my coffee black.
