What are you eating/doing today (Monday)?
Hello everyone: for those doing the challenge - what does eating only meat do for you?
here is my food for the day - It was a hungry day
breakfast: greek yogurt
snack: 1/2 turkey burger
lunch: 1/2 turkey burger
snack: protein bar (couldn't stop at half - wolfed it down during some work stress)
dinner: 4 rye crackers with peanut butter and half a banana
approximately 700 calories, and 65 grms of protein
referral: early June 2016; surgery Feb 21, 2017
For me I find being two years out that some carby foods have snuck in to my diet and I have had some regain. My goal for doing the CAMAW is to detox off the carbs a bit and try to get some of that weight off. Also, dense proteins make us feel full longer, so that should also help reduce my overall calories for the day.
