What are you eating/doing Sunday?
Good morning! Looks like everyone is having a busy weekend no thread yesterday! We didn't win a game yesterday but it was nice being back on the field. I love baseball!
On my way to the Jays game so no menu plan. I had 2 pieces of peameal bacon for breakie. I have a shake and nuts in the cooler for snacks. Meeting family for lunch before the game. Street meat after I'm sure.
Have a great Sunday!

Good morning :)
Thankfully we got caught up on our yard work yesterday because I have a pounding headache today. I don't know what will get done at this point. Puppy 2 needs pretty regular care -- meds 6 times a day, ice pack 3-4 times a day, and has to be carried outside.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - turkey sausage
Snack - egg, pickles
Dinner - spaghetti sauce
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Good morning everyone!
I am on day 2 of a clear liquid fast because I am having a colonoscopy and endoscopy done on Monday. So it's been clear liquids for me yesterday and will be again for me today. My appointment is Monday at 3:00 so I can't have anything to eat or drin****il after the procedure on Monday. Taking the prescribed laxative as well and that's not fun...anyways, the good news is that I am down 11 pounds since I have been posting my food daily!
Have a great day everyone.

This weekend (yesterday) was CRAZY! We worked a Lemonade Standemonium, proceeds to families in our are affected by Cancer. Then we went to an Old Fashioned Fair, there was Polish dancers, a Barbershop Quartet, and a bunch of old fashioned games. Then we went to an equestrian park where they were having a bunch of horse shows, wagon rides, pony rides, petting of miniature horses etc. Finally, we went to see the life size Lightening McQueen! All before dinner... LOL
