Post Op 13+ mos

Good morning everyone. Once again I've been MIA....weekends I'm not a consistent poster and then I had to head to the Muskoka's for a work conference Sunday - Tuesday. Man is it beautiful up there. The J.W. Mariott is amazing!

Consumption was less than stellar but still lost 3 lbs since my last weigh in. Woot woot!

Today I have food out but not yet logged:

B - inside of a chicken pot pie, no crust

S - greek yogurt

L - chili

S - premier protein shake

D - hamburger, with slice of cheese, onion and pickles, mustard

Hi Everyone,

I have a week off from my business, so it's nice to catch up on some things around the house. I will be going to pottery this afternoon.

Here is my food day today - pre-op:

Breakfast - yogurt, melons (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe), pecans

Snack - green smoothie, raspberries, blackberries

Lunch - greek salad and left-over beef stew

Snack - banana, almond butter

Dinner - We are going out for dinner for my husband's birthday, to an Italian Restaurant. I will probably have meatballs and salad.

Good morning :)

This morning I have to take my car in for a drive clean test and then tonight (weather pending) is my first soccer game. I haven't played since highschool but my friends say I will be fine.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - yogurt, pepperoni

Lunch - burger

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - burger

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

This morning I spoke with the nurse about the issues I posted yesterday. I can still do my surgery on June 7!!!!! I didnt know how much this truly meant to me until that moment. As soon as she said that we can proceed as planned I started ti cry and I am still crying. I think I was so pent up[ with fear that this is the only way I am able to release it. Anyhow, the rest of the day will be doing laundry and cleaning and starting to pack my bag for next week!

Hi guys,

This morning was my weigh in day, and I am out of the 220's, yay, at 219.2. That's a 4.2 Lb loss for the week, which I'm thrilled about as I thought the days of losing more than 2 Lbs were gone.

It's another rainy, cold day here so I will be going to the pool to swim laps later on.

Breakfast: Ham

Lunch: Pepperette, cheese string, pickle

Supper: BBQ chicken

Snack: cherry tomatos

Herbal teas with premier protein as whitener, water.
