I'm 10 weeks post op so I have a long ways to go to be a year out, but your update gives me hope of all the great things to come. I love hearing updates of post ops.

I fully understand all those things you had to worry about prior to surgery, I dealt with those too. I'm a huge Blue Jays fan and haven't been to a game in probably 4 plus years because the last time I went there, it was so uncomfortable, and I ended up with bruises on my hips after. Definitely plan on seeing a game next year. Have a lot of things to look forward as I lose the weight.

So, nice to see how people can change their lives with weight loss, and not be 'stuck' or limited in what we do because of our weight.

Congrats on your progress so far and on your continued success! At 10 weeks things still weren't great for me but hopefully they are for you. I found the 4-5 mark things got easier.
