Congrats on your upcoming surgery!

The mental game is no joke! Keep busy, it helps. I had to remove myself from areas where people were eating on occasion. And I definitely avoided cooking . I also saved my serving of jello for moments like that. And I never thought it would happen, but I went from gAgging while getting that shake down, to craving it hahaha.

another thing I did was go over the reasons I wanted surgery in the first place. It will steel your resolve!

youll get through this. Don't cave, you'll be so proud you made it through, and it will set the tone for a great post op routine!
