You make me smile Wayne. We're going for our first camping trip of the season in our new trailer also on June 2nd - my husband's birthday and our 30th Anniversary. Being used to working hard, then not being able to do all that you used to, is indeed a hard pill to take. I find now, almost 50 lbs. down, I'm working hard around our property and loving it. My pictures aren't as nice as yours, but we're getting there. Congratulations on all that you have accomplished and God love your wife indeed - I'd send one of my boys up to the roof before I'd get up there - heavy or not.

You are right about the bugs; the black flies are almost done, but the mosquitos are big and plentiful. If I get any lighter, they may carry me away - lol.
We're going to Parry Sound but hope to get Ottawa way sometime this summer. Going to New Brunswick in July for a family birthday and anniversary - a trip we take every year. Enjoy your camping. With all of this rain (we also top dressed our front and back lawn and added seed), I hope the new grass crowds the dandelions (also out in record numbers). Life is good. Keep active on the site - it helps you and the rest of us.
