Pain in my stomach?

I don't know what this pain is that I'm having today in my stomach but it feels as if I'm having a gallbladder attack but I've already had mine removed 10 years ago! The pain is right under where the cuts where from surgery. I am 14 weeks out and have been fine but today I have horrible pain, it almost feels as if someone is standing on my stomach (easiest way to try and explain how I feel)! What could this possibly be? Thanks in advance!

When is the last time you had a good poop? Could be gas, you could be backed up.

I had a good poop yesterday! But I really think it was gas but man did it hurt! I took tums and it helped! Omg the sounds my belly was making where intense! I had the pain for about 2 hours, sat on the toilet to try and get it to pass it seemed to help! At least the pain is gone now! It was making me want to throw up, but I knew it wasn't because I ate to much because all I had was my usual 1/2 of yogurt and buds!

Glad it went away.

I don't know I thought it was gas but the pain keeps coming back! It's so uncomfortable?
