What are you eating/doing Tuesday.
Post Op 13 months
Good morning everyone! Back to the grind today! Not too much on the go, I have a site visit this morning for one of my projects.
Haven't logged my day yet but looks like this:
B - 1 egg, 1/8 cup egg white, Monterey jack cheese
S - banana cream Lite & Fit (state side shopping on the weekend)
L - chili, mixed green salad with berries
S - deli ham / turkey
D - chicken boob
Have a good day!
Good morning,
I am slowly recovering from the stomach flu. I can only tolerate clear fluids at the moment. I broke my no soft drink rule and am sipping on flat ginger ale, I think it has more of a psychological effect of making me feel better since my mom always gave it to me when I was sick as a child.
Enyjoy your day.

I miss the long weekend already. I swam a few times (when it wasn't raining) and watched some of my kids sports. Today I work till 4:15 then my son has a baseball game at 6pm. We have to be there at 5:15 for warm up though. These baseball nights are long... Probably won't get a swim in after but we will see. I'd like to but the finale of Dancing with the stars is on... :) I changed from a multi-vitamin patch to a small multi pill I found in the US and after just a week of using the pills, my nails are become super strong. I have a feeling the patch wasn't doing much for me. Which sucks!!!
I haven't logged my food yet but heres the plan...
B: Premier Protein
L: chicken breast with cheese and salsa
D: Chicken breast with cheese and salsa
S: 5 pb bites
May add another snack in there somewhere but we will see. It just depends on if I'm hungry.

Good morning :)
We are headed home tomorrow and I can't wait!! Puppies and home cooked food ;)
I noticed a funny thing the other day... I picked up some syntrax protein samples and I had my shaker cup with me, so I grabbed a milk carton from the breakfast bar and have been making shakes. Since we are in a hotel I didn't really have a way to clean my shaker cup so I grabbed my toothbrush to scrub out the remnants. I laughed because this just seemed normal to me. Gotta have my protein so I make it work ;) I would never have done any of that before.
Breakfast - sausage, egg, oatmeal
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - leftovers (Irish stew or BBQ chicken)
Snack - chicken, cheese
Dinner - tbd. I will Google some more restaurant options.
Snack - cocoa almonds if needed
All water and vits.
Good morning everyone,
2 months post-op. I haven't measured yet, but I've lost 13 lbs. this month. I thought it might be more, but I'm not comparing and as my husband reminds me, it's not a race.
I'm proud of myself as I am sticking to my eating program, began walking again, and I am now fitting solidly into a size 16, XL (not 1X). I haven't bought very much and am simply fitting into clothes that I'm finding in my closet as I purge. It's a wonderful feeling.
B - protein shake
S - Skyr and applesauce
L - 1/2 grilled chicken breast
S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
D - 1/2 grilled turkey patty with 2 tbsp. salsa

well last 2 days have been brutal food-wise for different reasons. I went out for dinner on Sunday night (Copacabana) all you can eat Brazilian. Those are really tough for gauging portions because they keep on coming and you can't really create a pile and gauge. i swear next time I just need to bring my little food scale and throw it under the plate. Was my first real time giving into temptation since October and I had a bite of my son's cornbread muffin which led to eating half of it and then feeling blah afterwards. It was totally amazing though. and still fell into my calorie and macro goals by some miracle.
Yesterday was brutal because I was sick to my stomach all afternoon and evening. could not even drink so felt dehydrated and by the end of the night got in a protein fudgicle (thank god I had made a batch last week).
Am bad on water again today because sore throat and seriously do not want to drink. so thinking I have a real cold coming on.
food is going down so far today (thank god)
B-chia pudding with apple
s-celebrate protein and calcium bar
L-thai peanut salad with chicken
s-chia pudding
D-taking my kid out so will probably have chicken soup at swiss chalet which may feel good on my throat
s-Protein pudding pop

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I've been nursing a summer cold, and other than a cough, it's not that bad. The cough is a choking one though and the thought of gagging and throwing up put a scare into my husband more than me. Boy, can he move fast - lol.
