Grey morning today. I am feeling totally lazy. Over did things yesterday so will take it a little easier. My brother and his wife are coming for dinner. So a little cleaning and cooking but not much else

Good morning all!
I have had a good week all in all. I have been on Dr. Wieners Metabolic Reset Cleanse and I have not had any of the following: cravings, hunger, headaches, tension. It has been a true miracle for me. My family is doing well on it as well and are committed to one more week with me. I can honestly say I have not missed pasta/rice/potatoes, sweets, or any processed food. Probably the most difficult part has been to have all of the food on hand, to plan the meals, and to make a few extra trips to the grocery store for fresh food. And having said that, it is not really difficult and just takes time and commitment like any new habit. Also, I have lost 5 pounds. I feel great!
Here is my pre-op food for today:
Breakfast - 2 eggs, Canadian bacon, avocado, tomato, pear slices, grapes
Snack - strawberries, almonds
Lunch - spinach smoothie
Snack - apple and peanut butter
Dinner -curry Indian Soup, salad

My SO had to pop into the office today so I might take a little walk over to Walmart. Otherwise I'm planning for a lazy day.
Breakfast - egg, sausage, cereal
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - leftover salad
Snack - protein shake
Dinner - restaurant - hoping to try the Irish pub
Snack - pudding if needed
All water and vits.

Today is a little grey and cooler too. The roof was completed over the deck yesterday! But it means I am SORE today. Going to get housework done and otherwise relax.

This morning was Greek yogurt with SF Blueberry syrup and preserves.
Lunch cottage cheese mixed with a bit of tzatziki for flavour.
Dinner will be Thai tomato soup with added Greek yogurt.
Snacks some juice and pudding.

I have been hit with a terrible stomach flu. Last night I slept on the bathroom floor. I still cannot tolerate anything not even water....feeling gross.
