NEW!!!!

Just started OptiFAST this week and surgery is booked for June 7/17.

Have had no reservations until now... I just think it is cold feet.

Just nervous about the actual procedure. Not the before or after, just everything while I am in NO control at all. LOL

You will be just fine. You will go for a little sleep.....and wake up brand new.

Trust that your team knows what they are doing, and that you are in good hands.

You still have some time, try some relaxation exercises or meditation that you can work on so come surgery day...you will be prepared to calm yourself down if needed.

But again...you will be just fine .y

Thanks for your kind words. I have absolute faith in the medical team and I know, intellectually, that I have the easy job that day. I get to sleep. lol

I will most definitely start looking into more relaxation techniques.

It is normal to be anxious of the unknown. I just added someone else to the surgery list who is having surgery the same day. Perhaps sharing the journey with someone at the same place would help
