What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Good morning everyone. It looks great out there, can't wait to get out in the sunshine. This morning I'm going swimming, then yoga, then more errands, laundry, packing, and this evening is my last Zumba class before I head south.
The eats today at almost 3 years post-op are:
Rivers of decaf with Premier Protein used as creamer
Scrambled eggs with peppers
Hamburger with cheese no bun
Protein latte before bed.
Have a great day everyone.

Lunch - bean salad, veggies, hummus
Snack - Apple, cashews
Dinner - lentil soup, brussel sprouts with turkey bacon, salad
Your smoothie sounds really good.

Good morning everyone,
Up bright and early before the sun today, gathering up all the camping gear so I can go set up and then just enjoy the next week.
I've got a good menu planned and have told the friends I'm camping with Unlike most years when we camp and it revolves around the yummy camping meals and snacks, this year for me it's all about the relaxation and getting away. So if they want something other then what I'm making they can fend for themselves. Aside from a some protein shakes and bars and yogurt, I've got no packaged foods. I've precooked a lot of the stuff and it will thaw in the cooler and be easy to heat up over the campfire when needed,we camp....we don't glamp lol A whole week without electricity or Internet.
my eats today will be
b - egg bites
l - chicken cabobs with veggies
d - bbq chicken breast
s - protein shake or bar, fruit
Good luck on your travels Cc, I'll check back in next week!
Thanks Cinderz. Have fun camping, you are so smart for preplanning the food.

Good morning everybody!! I was so tired when I got up this morning, but did it got and the scale and WHOOP WHOOP.....179.7 lbs.....that kept me from crawling back into bed instead of going to the gym....well that and the weather forecast, I don't think I'll be running at lunch when its going to feel like its over 30 degrees (but you never know, I'm a little like that).
Anyway....the 5 km finale run is tomorrow and they're calling for rain, so we'll see.

B - 4 strips bacon
S - greek yogurt, 2 oz blueberries
L - 4.5 oz taco beef on 3 oz chopped lettuce, with 2tbsps light catalina, and 30 gr shredded cheese
S- 4 slices deli turkey, old cheddar cheese snack
D - 4.5 oz chicken breast, a couple of ****tail tomatoes
Total - Cal 911, Protein 103, carbs 32
Have a great day, its all down hill to a long weekend after noon today!!
