Guelph surgery schedule?

Hi All

I have seen several posts from members who have been recently scheduled for surgery in Toronto. Secheduling for September/October. Does anyone know when Guelph is currently scheduling for?

Referred to Windsor Nov./16, Orientation Jan. 16/17, NP Mar. 6, NUT Mar.21, DR/SW Apr. 19, Approved by Dr., Dietician/SW Jun. 5 Approved, Surgical Class July 24, met the surgeon Dr. Boujani August 3/17, Pre Op Aug. 22, Opti Aug. 29, Surgery Sept. 12/17.

It all depends on your situation. Guelph doesn't give you a surgery date until you have met with the surgeon. When was your orientation?

Recently, I have seen it as fast as 4 months from orientation to up to a year.

I had my surgery less then a month after meeting the Surgeon. My orientation was January 12th and I had my surgery last Tuesday (May 9th).

Referral Nov 29, 2016: Orientation Jan 12, 2017: Nurse Feb 6, 2017: Dietitian and SW March 3, 2017: Trio April 5, 2017-cleared for surgery: Meet the Surgeon April 12, 2017: Post op Nutrition class May 8, 2017: RNY Surgery May 9, 2017

HW: 306(day of referral) CW: 172 Height: 5'6

Wow! That is so fast. Amazing! Uh, I picked the wrong centre. Lol. Hopefully TWH will go quickly for me if I can keep getting cancellations. :)
