That is fantastic! Huge weight loss in such a short time!

My husband commented to me that I dress up now every day...yes, yes I do...it is fun getting dressed now (maybe too fun).

inspired by the last titled post like this. Here is my update.

I am 11 weeks out. Highest weight 240. Opti weight 233. Current weight 178.2.

I tolerate all foods and have have never had dumping. Unfortunately I have tried some sugar and carbs and they do not fill me and do not make me sick so I totally have to control those food issues with planning and honesty.

I am still quite tired. I work about 60 hours a week. Travel a lot and have 2 busy boys and a farmer husband.

I feel hopeful for the the first time I. Years. I look forward to planning summer time without dreading the heat and sticky mess I use to get.

I am not yet at at the point where I feel "thin" but I definitely fell more confident and I don't hate myself when I look in the mirror. I have hated myself for a long time.

I smile more. I care about my appearance more. I have not regretted this not even once.

Your results are fabulous! Your starting weight is not far off mine. Do you mind breaking down how the weight has come off a little more for my curious self ?

Hey Lee-Ann!

You are doing great! That's amazing progress! I hear you on the carbs!

I'm so happy that your doing well, and feel more confident and better about yourself. That's one of the many goals I'm sure we all are striving for as we go through this journey.

Keep up the great work!
