Happy Monday everyone

The sun is shining and it's absolutely gorgeous outside

I'm babysitting my friends grandson today and I remember dreading having him because I was too big to chase him around and he quite active, now it's such a breeze, I am able to run around after him and take him to the park.

My eats today

b - cottage cheese smooth wi mixed fruit

l - baked chicken with bbq sauce

s - cheese and cucumbers

d - tuna salad

On that note...I'm off to the park. Have a great day everyone

Chasing a little one without any trouble is a fun NSV.

Really late today, but we just got back from picking up our new trailer in Smithsville - about 2.5 hours away. Left at 6 and got back to work at 3. Busy weekend as well but so thankful to be full of energy to do all that I accomplished.

B - Protein Shake

S - 1/4 Premier protein bar

L - 1/2 Tim Hortons small chili

S - 1/4 Premier protein bar

D - 1/2 Premier protein bar

I'm learning to plan better and this is just my second time relying on a protein bar to keep to plan. There are better choices out there and I will strive to make them.

I am jealous that you only eat a. It if the protein bar at one time. I can eat an entire one no problem so I have to use a lot of will power to stop at half.

I find posting on this thread helps me immensely. I'm only 7 weeks out and my menu is pretty typical but tracking it on My Fitness Pal then posting here helps my planning and keeps me focused. The advice and support also keeps me coming back.

Well said Linda. Those are the same reasons that keep me coming back for almost 3 years.

Don't worry about boring. Many of us eat the same foods often. Sometimes it's easier to eat the same thing to stay on track. I must say your lunch of turkey and Brie is something I would like. When I go Stateside on Saturday, I will pick up a lot of the Light and Fit yogurt. I love their flavours.
