Hello all,

Busy morning; just getting on the computer now.

B - protein shake (at 11:30 - forgot it at home)

L - 1/2 turkey sausage and 1/4 cup green beans

S - Skyr and applesauce

D - 1/2 cup meatless chili

S - Skyr and applesauce

Calories: 483, Protein: 60, Carbs: 45. All water and vitamins.

Need to go shopping for supplies and I WILL make some egg bites tonight.

2.4 lbs away from goal and/or Century Club. I can also imagine what your measurements will be. How great is that? Continued success!

I went and got my eyelashes done (my guilty pleasure!) this morning and went to exchange a pair of size 16 pants because they were too short and too big (Yay NSV!!). I work now until 8pm so not much to do today. My ankle is starting to not hurt at all but I'll give it another little bit before I start working out again. I'm thinking about asking friends of mine that own a crossfit gym about it. I used to lift heavy weights and haven't in forever that I may want to start going but I'm nervous as heck. Crossfit gyms seem scary to me. Maybe I'll just start going back to the gym. Not 100% sure yet. We will see I guess. I've now lost 97lbs since last July/August when I had my first nurse appointment. I hope to get that off asap so I can hit my first goal of 100lbs lost. 63.3 since surgery and 77.3 since opti.

Not my full menu as I need some more protein in here but so far:

B: Premier Protein

L: Left over naked bean & Cheese burrito

D: 1.5 egg omelet with cheese (I can't usually finish this but we'll see plus it'll be at like 8:30pm when I'm home from work- boo)

S: maybe 1/2 premier protein because I have one here at work (Not in totals as I haven't decided fully on this)

Cals: 484, Protein 48, Carbs 22

Good afternoon everyone

Late posting, I've been having an extremely lazy and gloomy day, this weather sure plays on my mood.

I tried to post yesterday but it clearly didn't go through

Not much going on today, me and Netflix. It's been awhile since I've had a pj day

my eats today are

b - egg bite

s - cottage cheese with fruit

l - tuna salad

d - Mexican chicken with light shredded cheese and fat free sour cream

s - premier protein

lots and lots of water today
