Happy Tuesday everyone!

Loving th sunshine. Walked already this morning, still a little sore in my right hip...signed up for another walk/run in June, it's only a 4K but all proceeds go to a local organization that helps teens.

My eats today

B - egg bite (spinach, peppers, mushroom and cheese)

l - tuna salad

D - chicken stir fry with veggies. No rice

s - protein shake

Good morning all.

It's been a busy day at work; it's sometimes still a challenge to get my food in on schedule. No morning snack, lunch at 1, afternoon snack will be around 3:30 and I'll have a snack after dinner - slated my Skyr and applesauce. Juggling food around serving customers is my reality, but I'm aware and always trying to improve.

B - protein shake

L - crab meat with salsa and mayo

S - 1/4 cup of 1% cottage cheese

D - Half a Marc Anthony spinach and feta sausage, 1/4 cup of green beans

S - Skyr yogurt and applesauce

Calories: 536, Protein: 69, Carbs: 46. All water and vitamins.

Orientation: June 29th, 2016, Surgery March 22, 2017. Pre-surgery: 16 lbs, (Size 2x, 18/20), M1: 19 lbs. (Size 1x, 16/18), M2: 13 lbs. (Size 16, XL) M3: 10 lbs. (Size 14/16, large). M4: 6 lbs. (Size 14, large/medium). M5: 10 lbs. (Size 14, solid medium - lol), M6: 9 lbs. (Size 12, medium). M7: 8 lbs. (Size 10/12 and small/medium). M8: 7 lbs. (Size 10 and small/medium). M9: 2 lbs. (Size 8/10 - small/medium). Lost 100 lbs by Month 9! M10: 5 lbs. M11: 4 lbs. One year: 6 lbs. Total 111 lbs. lost!

I need to do a better job at tracking. Here goes:

breakfast: 1 cheese string, 10 sweet potato crackers

snack: greek yogurt

lunch: tuna snack pack from Costco (about a 1/4 cup I think)

snack: greek yogurt

dinner: turkey burger, no bun

snack: no sugar added popcycle

referral: early June 2016; surgery Feb 21, 2017

RNY 8 Years 1 Month Post Op

Morning

EATS

B - Premier protein shake

L - 2 scrambled eggs with 1/3 cup of shredded habanero mixed in

D - 2 cups of butter lettuce with 3 oz grilled chicken. Handful of chopped heirloom tomatoes, Bolthouse dressing and 2 TB of parm on top. Lots of freshly ground pepper!

S - 2 Source yogurt with squirts of low fat whip topping

1/2 orange

4 low sodium triscuits with 1 Cheddar slice

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 998, Carbs - 57 Grams, Protein - 102 Grams

All water and vits
