So I know what the Nurse is going to do at her appointment\

The next two are what social worker and nutritionist in Ottawa?

What does the Social Worker do? I can figure out what the nutritionist does :)

Just moving along with appointments. Im sad id be a month ahead if my doctor hadn't forgotten to send my blood work im so impatient :( lol

At my social worker appointment alot of questions were asked about the supports I have in place, about my financial readiness, my willingness to make changes as well as which changes I had made so far.

Oh things I can easily answer and not worry I have that all in place I waited to ask for the surgery til I got my stuff together!
