What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)

My menu seems to not vary much during the week, but it's doing the job. I weighed myself this morning and I'm 0.2 away from 40 lbs. It's funny how some numbers excite you - 229 (yeah), 228 - tomorrow (better yeah). Feeling great.
B - Protein shake
S - 1/4 cup of Mandarin oranges and half a cheese string
L - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
S - Other half of cheese string
D - 1/2 turkey patty with slice of tomato, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on top and 1 tsp. of low fat mayo.
I bought some spinach/feta chicken sausages - 4 in a pack. Can't remember all of the nutritional information, but I believe it was 160 calories, 17 gr. of protein. Same make as the turkey patties. I'll let you know how they taste. They have three other flavours as well including chipoltle and red pepper.
Calories: 551, Protein: 71, Carbs: 25. All water (80+ oz.) and all vitamins

We were supposed to get our fence done today but that has been postponed due to the rain. Last night we got a tour of the Google office which was pretty interesting. Today I have a massage -- I'm going to see if they can work on my neck and help with some headaches.

Good afternoon, or morning. Just finally getting up! Not sure if it was the weather or working yesterday. I hit a wall, I was in bed by nine, up at 6 but back in bed by 8 - I did not want to get up, at all!

Behind on water and protein and vitamins - I will try the GNC splash protein as an attempt to catch up on both.
Also, I am behind on steps - today I am a sloth!
Now that the beans are gone I hope to try tuna with pickle juice and pickles tomorrow, looking forward to it.

Well for kicks I decided to try some carb cycling for 2 weeks..so starting today for a week will be trying a 20%carb, 40% fat, 40% protein kick and then the following week back to my normal 35/25/40 macros.
gonna rain rain rain again all weekend which sucks. I was holed up doing taxes last weekend so was hoping to get out and about this weekend.

will be 20/40/40 and aiming for 1050 calories but given i didn't finish lunch it won't quite get there unless I'm hungry in the evening.
