Thank you all, I was thinking it was going to be a huge crowd, like a hundred or so. This makes my anxiety-prone self a little easier!

There were two info sessions the day I went; one in the morning, one in the afternoon

There were approx. I want to say 50 people (I was in the morning).

After surgery for your 1 month follow up with the dietitian it is also a group setting (which I wasn't fond of at all, we literally had 5 minutes alone with the dietitian and she refused to answer any questions, simply said "I will cover that in the session") however there were only about 15 present

Mine March 23rd in Ottawa had about 25 people in it. If you bring someone make sure they are supportive so many of the non surgery seeking patients were vocal talking them out of it, asking offensive questions in my opinion and not helpful. My husband was told to sit quietly and be supportive
