What are you eating/doing Thursday?

This website is acting up for me a bit today; I tried to reply to some messages, but they went through as replies to the topic rather than replies to the messages. Weird.
I spent the day out and about on my bike today. I did 10 km yesterday, and 12 km today. I rode downtown, sat by the water front for awhile, then continued on to the main library. They have a used bookstore in the basement so I bought some books and then pedaled back to the water to read. I really had a nice day. It was a bit tiring riding home because I was against the wind, but not too bad.
Breakfast: Home cooked ham.
Snack: Tea with premier protein.
Lunch: (on bike, lol) 1/3rd of a Fitjoy bar, chocolate peanutbutter,.
Snack: (on bike) 1/3rd of G2.
Supper: Chicken on the BBQ (yum), mixed veg
Snack: unknown, but I still need to get in 10 more protein, so something with protein, probably cheese or pepperette.
Totals for the day so far: 397 calories, 21 carbs, 50 protein
