Just drank my last Opti. I leave for Guelph tomorrow at 5:00.

Down 99lbs from my high weight and 75 since Orientation. I'm going to step on the scale tomorrow to see if I can hit that 100lb mark :)

I just saw your signature. How'd you get all that done in 5?months?

It sure went by quick! I don't have any co-morbidities so I didn't have to do any extra testing. My weight is my only issue. I did what was asked of me and went to the appointments prepared and organized with my binder. I also lost weight on my own to show them I was serious about making the lifestyle change.

Good for you! I had my orientation last week and I've gained 2 lbs. I'd better pull the brakes and get serious. I too have zero comorbidities. What was in your binde if you don't mind and did you have an endoscopy?

Yeah, they keep track of your weight (starting from your first RN visit) and if you gain weight then make you do more appointments from what I understand. I just bought a binder from dollarama and organized the paperwork thry give me, the education, bloodwork etc. Just incase they need it at an appointment I have it. No, I didn't need an endoscopy but I did have to do the craving change course.. It wont slow down the process though. I am still going through it and will still be after I have surgery.
