What are you eating/doing Tuesday?
Good morning. Work today then home. Fortunately there is a lot to do today so the day should go fast. The anti-biotics are kicking me a bit. Although I slept great and went to bed at 10:00 I could have slept all morning as well.
I am very jealous of you Birdiegirl. I have not been able to stick to anything lately. Made myself sick having just a little of the cake I baked for my SIL.
b greek yogurt, go lean cereal
l chili, source yogurt
baby bel
d chicken, cabbage salad
s laughing cow and crackers
Good morning everyone!
Another dreary rainy day here; so looking forward to some sunshine.
I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and discovered my blood pressure is a bit high. I talked with my doctor about the dizziness, and because it only occurs with more strenuous exercise (biking or walking up an incline) but is fine when I'm biking or walking on level ground, he thinks it may be my blood pressure. It's borderline high, and has been for a few years. I was on a water pill for water retention but that also works to reduce blood pressure. He told me to cut my water pill in half and he prescribed me a light dose of blood pressure medication; I have to pick it up later today. I swam laps for an hour after my appointment and it was wonderful, but I didn't get a lot of sleep the night before and was so exhausted after, lol. I went to bed earlier last night and plan to swim laps again today, after I pick up my prescription and do a bit of shopping. I need more bird food; the birds are piggies...they empty 3 bird feeders every single day, lol.
I won a youtube giveaway...vegemite from Australia! That will be cool to try, if the stats are OK, that is. I've wanted to try it since reading the series "Tomorrow, when the War Began" by John Marsden.
My menu:
Breakfast: Chocolate premier protein shake, herbal tea with premier protein as whitener.
Lunch: Either half a grilled cheese sandwich made with 1 slice of WW multigrain bread, becel, and cheese OR tuna salad on cucumber slices (someone else posted this and it sounds yummy and made me want it, lol).
Supper: Chicken with zuchinni noodes (if I'm not exhausted...if so, just the chicken and some cherry tomatos).
More herbal tea with PP as whitener throughout the day.
