Good morning :)
We are driving to my brother's school today so my food is a bit up in the air. I packed my cooler with tons of high protein foods so I have no excuse to eat poorly. I can't wait to see the show!!
Also, I had a sort-of NSV this week. More that I noticed it. Basically I can walk wherever for however long with no issue. I don't get tired, I don't get sore. My aunt and I walked 6km in just over an hour yesterday, and it felt like nothing. I was sweating a bit, but never out of breath. I noticed this at school the other day too. I walked instead of taking the bus, and it just felt like nothing -- which is awesome in my books.
Breakfast - egg, yogurt
Snack - carrots and pb (yes, I'm taking them with me lol)
Lunch - hoping for Swiss Chalet
Snack - pepperette, pickles
Dinner - unknown unfortunately
Snack - pudding if needed
All water and vits.
That is an awesome NSV. Having energy, feeling stronger are my favourite NSV's.

Good morning everyone. Birdie you were up early. Your menu looks yummy.
DH and I went out for dinner and to listen to live music. The music was so good and I wanted to stay, but DH was feeling tired so we were home by 10:30. Today I want to get some more work done in the yard. If the weather doesn't stay nice, there is a 2 hour Zumbathon that I may go to. Nothing on the go this evening except chilling with my feet up and hopefully watching a good show.
The eats today at 2.5 years post-op are:
rivers of decaf
Jumbo shrimp on sliced avocado with a poached egg on top and Hollandaise (sort of like a California Eggs Benedict without the English Muffin)
Salad with steak on top
One large turkey meatball with spicy Marinara sauce, mozzarella melted on top.
A hardboiled egg before bed. (I'm out of SKYR yogurt)
I am looking at this and thinking that's a lot of food. I have made a list of what I need to get through in the fridge and it is way too long.

Good morning all. Out for a walk soon. Lots of work around the house. I am doing coffee hour at church tomorrow then having Dh's family for his sister's birthday. Dh has done a lot of the house work but I will do the things he doesn't think to do like the bathroom.
Out tonight to a crappy pub for diner with friend's of Dh. They have chili as a starter so that will probably be what I have.
Saw the ear nose specialist yesterday. He stuck a camera up my nose and down my throat. He said everything is swollen and infected. I have started a month of anti-biotic for my sinus infection. I have to go for a cat scan to check out what is happening. I also have a new steroid nose spray. I hope this all works because I am not in a hurry to have an operation to have my sinuses cleaned out. I will be happy if the headaches finally go away.
